Dare

Happy 2013, everyone!

First post back after the break and it’s Toy with me Tuesday. What a nice way to start the year!

So I bought Truth or Dare for my husband as a Christmas present. It was a bit of a stab in the dark – I wasn’t sure what the ‘truth’ and ‘dare’ cards would be like and whether they would suit us – but the game turned out to be a lot of fun, despite that fact that we only got to play once over the holidays. (I managed to get a hideous lung infection just before New Year and couldn’t do much other than lie around breathing like Darth Vader and coughing like a cat with a fur ball.)

Anyway, this sexy game came with a rather groovy little die. Stands out from the crowd, doesn’t it? And I must say, it makes a nice change from throwing a three or a six …

Sorry, I get inordinately excited when I find someone is a geek! And you can’t possibly own all those polyhedrals without being a geek. :)

Those are some pretty dice you have there! And I happen to have one or two sex dice in my dice collection too. Gotta catch ‘em all! :)

    • Lol! (Should I admit at this point that there were more dice that I left in their containers or would that be a geeky step too far? :-))

  3. Nerdy and dirty. Cute ^-^ I’m not one for D&D, but the dice that can be found are so interesting. All the designs and colors.. I’ve seen people make some pretty neat jewelry out of them.

    • Thanks, Penny. Interestingly, that’s the only shot I ‘treated’. (I dropped the lights right down and then adjusted the exposure slightly when I edited it as it came out a bit too dark.) Pleased you like the final tinkered version. x

    • Thanks, Scarlet. I dare you to add one to your dice bag, by the way :-) (It would bring a whole new meaning to ‘roll for initiative’!)
