If you think you’ll like more pressure, I’d suggest starting off with the nipple sticks. As per Lizzie’s article, the screw clamps are more adjustable, but they do tend to be annoyingly fiddly and slip around more than the other styles. (They don’t respond to pulling and twisting as well, I’ve found!) Jane
