In my opinion they stifle growth between two people, they are purely a snap shot of a moment in time they do nothing to show how a couple grows together, explores together, learns together etc.

I can not tell you how many people have asked Michael and I about ‘our contract’ as a result of reading That Book, hence why I included contracts in my myth busting session as it seems that the large swathes of readers of that book now believe that all BDSM relationships are based on written formal contracts drafted by the Dom….aaarrrggghhhhh
